Requesting edits or updates to your email signature

If you are new to PRPS, have changed locations, or have a new role and need an updated signature, please submit a request using this form:

Note: You must be logged into your PRPS account to complete the form. Please include everything you want in the signature. This includes your title, phone extension and cell phone (if desired). 

How to update your signature in Outlook

Once you receive your updated email signature, here are the instructions for changing your email signature in Outlook:
