If you are having issues with Google Class Tools the issue is likely the Chromebook's OS version. Class Tools requires
ChromeOS version 137 or later. Check the student's device OS version and update it if necessary. Follow the guide on how to update a student's Chromebook if required.

Via Settings: Click the time > Settings > About ChromeOS
Student Chromebooks that have broken screens, won't power on, damaged keyboards, etc.
