Common Smart Board Issues

There is no connection, and the light in the bottom right corner is not lit up.

This happens when the Smart Notebook software is not installed on the PC. Installing the App through the company portal will fix the issue.

Interactive Flat Panels (Viewsonic Boards) not powering on, touchscreen not working, casting failing or other issues directly rated the IFP (Interactive Flat Panel).
