Factory reset your Chromebook
- Sign out of your Chromebook.
- Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.
- Select Restart.
- In the box that appears, select Powerwash and then Continue.
- Once you've reset your Chromebook Join it to the guest wireless
- The device Enroll automatically and go to the usual login screen and the secure wireless network
